It is important to us that you have a positive experience with our family business and the companies we work with. Sometimes, however, things unexpectedly turn out differently. We greatly appreciate feedback. If you have a complaint about AB Texel or perhaps one of our suppliers, please report it using the form below. You will get confirmation of your report from our Complaints Coordinator within 5 working days. We will look into your complaint and respond within 20 working days.
